Did you know stress can be inherited but that doesn’t mean you’re stuck with it.

by Linda Forrest

The neurons that form our thoughts are adopted from our ancestors. During our first nine years of life, we modify the pairing of those neurons to form base survival patterns, survival patterns that can become a cycle of relived behavior. In our rapidly evolving world, following the preset patterns of your parents actually impedes the safety it was designed to create. In this week’s video, I talk about these patterns and how to overcome them.

I provide these videos and my first two courses free of charge. If you are interested in supporting what I do, please subscribe to my channel or you can contribute here./product/phase-three-contributions/ To learn more, visit theinspiredevolutionproject.com.

Linda Forrest

At 23, Linda Forrest refused the definition of incurable when she was diagnosed and medicated for severe PTSD and addiction. On that day, she began a study that would eventually result in her discovery of a cure.

Through over 30 years of diverse research combining the sciences of psychology, pharmacology, neurology, and spontaneous healing, she assembled a puzzle that cured her condition. She now mentors others and has helped thousands discover what it means to live a life free of suffering.

As an author, speaker, muse, and mentor, she continues to explore what it means to be human by asking what becomes possible when we finally evolve beyond primal brain functions to eliminate fight-or-flight triggers.
