Welcome to our Phase One – Relief of Suffering Course. In this first session, I explain the fundamental principles of the course. After watching the video, you will have an opportunity to read content from my new book Relief of Suffering – Alterning Consciousness through Understanding Consciousness. In this course, you’ll learn:

  • How the brain functions, how the body responds, and so you can get the most out of both.
  • The chemical differences between dying (fight-or-flight), surviving (rest-and-digest), and thriving (certainty).
  • The root cause of triggers in our brain and what really drives them.
  • How to identify and manipulate the chemicals that affect you.
  • and live your happiest, healthiest life investing only 20 minutes a day.

In addition to the written content, there are course videos and questions for contemplation.

Each session begins with lesson videos. Below the lesson video, I have included Topics that contain chapters from the book, along with Questions for Contemplation to use in your daily meditation practice.

Even if you choose to bypass the Topics, please complete the Questions for Contemplation. They are critical to a successful practice and healthy progression to advanced meditation practices.
